Choosing the perfect picture
To help me create the best possible portrait of your furbaby, I will need a nice high resolution photograph from you. I am more than happy for you to send various pictures and between us, we can choose the best one.
Once we have the chosen piece, we can decide on size and the background
colour that would best help the portrait of your furbaby truly pop.
Timescale and Payment
Depending on your chosen size, I can usually complete a portrait in 3-5 days. When you order, I can give you a timescale of when I will be able to start your piece and a rough estimate of when I will be able to ship the finished portrait.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required when booking.
The remaining balance will then be payable on completion and before the work is despatched to you.
If the portrait is intended as a gift and you wish to see the piece before I send it to you, of course I can show it to you, making sure you are happy before I dispatch it.
Packaging and Delivery
All of my portraits are sent in a gift box fastened with ribbon. The work inside will be wrapped in a protective sheet of glassine with care instructions included.
All packages will be delivered Royal Mail Tracked 48 in protective bubble envelopes. Packaging and delivery are included in the prices above.
Please note: Framing does not include the box or ribbon.
